About Alan Chang

I’m a product leader whose career sits at a rare intersection of enterprise SaaS platforms and semiconductor manufacturing software. My work is grounded in a simple mission: to improve people’s lives through well-designed, enjoyable software experiences, especially in environments where software has a direct operational and business impact. Over the course of my career, I’ve worked as a software engineer, consultant, strategist, applications product manager, platform product manager, and people leader, and I’ve consistently thrived at connecting technical depth with business outcomes. My scope has ranged from individual products to platforms, APIs, and workflow systems, and from deep hands-on execution to managing teams. I’m a lifelong learner and believe strongly that you can learn something from everyone.
