As an entrepreneur/solopreneur, I have founded a computer brand and eCommerce business with social media presence of more than 100k organic followers. As a product owner, I have led cross-functional teams of visionaries to deliver targeted customer experiences through digital channels including web and mobile apps. As an architect, I have integrated Salesforce Marketing Cloud with numerous external SaaS and IaaS, including Salesforce, Amazon Web Services (S3, EC2, Lambda, Redshift), and numerous custom CRMs. As a consultant, I have analysed complex data schema and IT architecture within enterprises and SMBs of various industries, and provided scalable and maintainable strategies and roadmaps for their digital marketing executions. As a coder, I have developed intuitive digital products with front-end technologies using HTML, jQuery, AMPscript and SSJS - from simple online registration forms, to cross-device real-time web applications. As a digital professional, I have acquired industrial best practices and frameworks with the competency across strategy and technology to deliver the best customer experiences. My work is spanned across various partners/clients/employers including Optus, HCF, Virgin Mobile, Airbnb, Volkswagen, Uber, Westpac, Seek, Myer and more.
