About Alan Dadds

Above everything my best ability is to be a father to my children, Family always come first. I believe it is not what I do for my children but what I teach my children to do for themselves that will make them successful as human beings. I worked in the Private hire and Taxi industry for the past thirteen years. I followed in my fathers footsteps who has worked in the industry for the past thirty three years. I have extensive knowledge of every aspect of the business. I have worked from phone operative to controller for the biggest fleet in Northamptonshire. I also have worked on the administration team and sales, Acquiring new accounts and recently inputting our Android kiosk app into businesses across Northampton and Milton Keynes. I can now say that I have reached the pinnacle and now a manager. I have made myself into a versatile member of the team through hard work and dedication to the industry. You Never stop Learning. My aim is to link the Northampton Town and MIlton Keynes community with us. This will only be possible with the help of the community and the businesses that support that community. As a Manager I have developed skills and learnt from colleagues and other managers from the Bounds Team.
