I am a results-driven Procurement & Third Party Risk Management (TPRM) professional with a proven track record in creating and leading high-performing teams that create and execute successful enterprise wide strategies within a fast-paced technology environment. My current team's mission is to ensure risk is identified, managed, and mitigated at an enterprise level across Adobe's global vendor base through best-in-class technology solutions and effective cross-functional partnerships. Quarterly touch points to report out to Adobe Executive Management is the norm. I am passionate about delivering tangible results that align with business goals and values. My procurement experience ranges from building international procurement functions both at an operational and sourcing level with members from the US west coast, EMEA, India and Japan that delivered cost savings, process efficiencies and stakeholder engagement and satisfaction.
