I'm IT professional with over 10 years experience. I have a vast understanding of service delivery within fast paced MSP's. I am highly motivated and experienced in providing support across a number of services. I'm currently looking for a challenging role in a dynamic fast paced company. I am currently working as an Level 3 engineer within on of the largest cloud companies in Ireland. Over the last 7 years my duties have included: •Support of the IT Infrastructure; configuring, upgrading, installing servers. • Proactively monitoring and preventing problems with clients infrastructure via the use of RMM software. •Support of end user issue. •Ensuring IT related incidents are logged and resolved in accordance with SLAs. •Managing teams and motivating staff to preform at their highest potential. •Performance reporting and capacity planning. •Develop and implement IT standards in line with best practices across all clients. •Solution recommendation and the implementation of the approved course of action and future planning. Specialties: Windows Server 2019-2022 Administration. Active Directory, GPO, DNS, DHCP, TCP/IP. Office 365 administration. Azure administration including VM creation, backups, CA Polices, networking.
