My role spans commercial strategy, consumer ticketing, partner hospitality, VIP travel & accommodation, protocol, catering, and transport—overseeing operations for 2500+ guests and a large P&L. Previously, I ran RLM Events, producing global events for clients including Zurich, the Welsh Government, and the World Economic Forum. I've also delivered landmark public events like The Patrons Lunch for HM The Queen’s 90th Birthday. I began my career with a 14-year tenure at The Celtic Manor Resort, ultimately becoming Head of Special Events, where I created and led a portfolio of high-profile owned events, including the ISPS Handa Wales Open.
