Alan is a results driven executive with 25+ years of extensive knowledge, professionalism and success leading strategic initiatives and managing large, complex client relationships. He has 15+ years of proven business development success and understands how to attain, manage and develop strategic client opportunities while growing firm revenue in a meaningful and responsible way. He has extensive business, operational and technical understanding of both retail/institutional brokerage and bank custody platforms along with market/competitive intelligence. Alan has most recently led two strategic BNY Mellon | Pershing initiatives. He is currently leading the Institutional Solutions strategy build out to support self-clearing and capital market firms/primary dealers outsourcing business model expansion. In the past, he led the BNY Mellon | Pershing Wealth Solutions strategy and development of an integrated bank and brokerage custody platform for Registered Investment Advisors, Trust Companies and Private Banks to enhance business, operational and reporting within the wealth platform and service offering. Alan serves as a consultative business partner in helping complex, multi-channel wealth management firms create a target operating model to achieve financial operating impact, create scaled operational efficiencies and define a consolidated, middle office operations model across bifurcated bank and brokerage custody businesses lines.
