About Alan Fowler

Born right here in Topeka, I’ve spent most of my life here and in surrounding cities. My wife and I recently decided to raise our little boy here and call Topeka home for good. I have family members doing business all over Topeka, and I’m extremely thankful to be a part of this community. I did my university in Mainland China, where I lived for five years. Though I was lucky to work with a number of very successful startups, my biggest success was reaching fluency in Mandarin Chinese. Real estate has been a passion of mine for many years. I’ve dabbled in investing and believe that real estate can bring a lot of value to one’s investment portfolio. I have always loved serving others and believe that it is essential for a realtor to have the heart of a servant, always looking out for your best interest, as well as a high aptitude for sales, negotiation and marketing.
