Over the past 6 years, I have worked with software and absolutely enjoyed it. I liked learning the ins and out of the software and trying figure out new ways of try to make the software do specific tasks that no one could see. But the main thing that I like was troubleshooting problems or errors and find the solution or the what caused the error. I was given the opportunity to lead a team of techician to lead them in how to handle customer relations and troubleshoot within our software. This is has helped me learn how to train and give leadership/skills to people on how to resolve a problem with accuracy. Over the years, I have developed skills in learning different coding languages and development processes or strategies to fully grasp how a development department work.
