About Alan Garman

I am a highly motivated and widely experienced professional manager who throughout the last 20 years has been involved with the successful implementation and profitable management of multiple M&E contracts including major project management within the Military, NHS, Major airports and other blue chip companies. I have been responsible for the ramping up, transfer of staff (TUPE) that included initial negotiations with perspective clients and union officials following successful contract formal acceptance. Within these positions I have had the pleasure of driving change by best practice and therefore profitability through training, H&S and disposal of restricted practices. I do not suffer fools gladly but am always ready to accept a new challenge. I have previously held CTC, SC, and Heathrow airside clearance and currently hold enhanced DBS. plus a clean full UK Driving licence. I am also of course eligible to work anywhere within the UK.
