I am a highly competent, loyal and professional individual with a proven track record in business administration and IT support. Following an enjoyable 21 years of solid employment history working in a fast-paced administrative role within a large organisation, I have recently upskilled to allow me to focus on my greatest passion in life – technology. Not only am I eager to use my technical know-how to benefit other people and organisations, I am optimistic that my work experience, IT knowledge, analytical mind and strong problem-solving skills will lead to future success in the IT industry. I have set up and maintained between five and ten PC gaming networks that ran for 48 hours for the duration of gaming tournaments. These networks had up to ten computers linked at any one time. I would estimate that I have built from scratch 15 PC’s to the highest specification possible for the budget available. I am competent in a number of operating systems including Apple Mac, Linux, Windows 7, 8, 10 and Server. I am also familiar with CSS, XML, HTML5, PHP, FTP, Microsoft networking protocols, Cloud computing, data compression, virtual private networks, image editing and audio editing software.
