I lead the Market Access consulting and research services team at Michael Allen Company a division within M3 My background and expertise in Market Access and Marketing comes from working at well-established and boutique consulting organizations and with major pharmaceutical and biotech organizations. I leverage my expertise in market access, payer value propositions, asset commercialization, strategic and launch planning to provide clients with critical insights to help them make strategic business decisions. I also work with a team of established market access experts which brings both US and ex-US market access capabilities including HEOR and medical coding and reimbursement expertise. My experience at major pharmaceutical and biotech companies (Celgene (BMS), AstraZeneca, Johnson & Johnson, Sanofi (Rhône-Poulenc Rorer), include positions in early-stage asset commercialization, U.S. and global marketing (including oncology product launches), sales, and clinical research. My passion lies in developing innovative strategies that bridge the gap between clinical development and commercial success, ensuring that life-changing therapies reach those who need them most.
