About Alan Grzybowski

I started my professional career 5 years ago. Since then I have been promoted twice. I started out as AP/AR Admin. I had several job responsibilities beyond just AP and AR. Worked on several bids for our internal vendors. Then I moved on to Staff Accountant. My main responsibilities were day to day finances and invoicing. I also worked on our year end inventory reports. In the beginning of 2018, I had the opportunity to advance my career in a different department. The President of the company had recommended me. The company wanted to invest in a department that would better position them with RFPs. I accepted and moved on from the Accounting department. My main responsibilities are to drive the company’s bid procedure, vendor pricing, pricing strategy, creating the overall proposal, and leading the bid team. The bid team consists of sales team, designer, project manager, customer support, and marketing manager. Other responsibilities but not limited to track bids (win/loses), analysis pricing/discounts from vendors, help sales manager with vendor relationships, help with any contract questions, and assist the Controller on any supplier contracts.
