I have 20 years experience in pipefitting, high purity pipefitting, instrument pipefitting, fabrication of pipe work, testing, commissioning and maintenance work on all mechanical equipment. Experience in a wide variety of projects such as pharmaceutical, industrial, commercial, residential, oil & gas and energy projects. The various systems that I have worked on include high purity pipe work,heating, cooling, steam, condensation, water purification, water treatment, sprinkler, compressed air, oil & gas, nitrogen, CO2, argon, HVAC and boilers. Experience in, brazing, soldering and bending of copper. Cementing of PVC and abs pipe. Joining and lead joining of cast iron. Fitting and clamping of Victaulic pipe. Hand bending, compression fitting and TIG welding of stainless pipes. I have the ability to read and interpret blueprints, ISO’s and process drawings. Vast experience in all testing of pipework and equipment. I have worked on many projects such as Bristol Myers Squibb Pharmaceutical Plant in Dublin, Elan Pharmaceutical in Athlone, Shannon Bridge Power Plant in Offaly, St. Michael's Hospital Toronto Canada, Shangri La Hotel Toronto Canada, Regeneron in Limerick, MSD Carlow, and currently MSD Ballydine Co. Tipperary. Excellent experience in troubleshooting skills along with very good organizing and problem solving skills. I would consider myself quick learner, easy to communicate with, ability to approach any task with a positive attitude, and always interact with management and fellow workers. Safe pass, manual handling and confined space training complete.
