I build mortgage tools that make quotes accurate, documents painless, and rules clear. I started as a broker. At MortgagePal I helped grow originations from \$100M to \$500M+ with digital and referral programs (including a Realtor cash-back program). After the 2016 rule changes, I built LenderSpotlight as a product manager at Tango—a searchable policy + rate engine for brokers. About 80% of Canadian brokers registered in 60 days, it reached 2,500+ monthly active users, and it was acquired in a seven-figure exit. More recently I tested RateFilter and then built MortgageStudio, a search-led site for private/alt lending. It averaged about 2,300 organic clicks per month and drew steady inbound from lenders and brokers. Those requests led to DealRunner, a policy-matching portal now in pilot. I turn complex lending rules into simple products, validate with real users, and ship.
