Alan Hicks Managing Director Favorite Part of Your Job – From conception over 20 years ago I have always prided myself in staying ahead of the industry and providing a cutting edge, first class service to our clients. Arrow Services has always been about customer service which is delivered through communication before, during and after works – keeping all involved informed and empowered to make decisions. This is achieved by having the right people in the right position and utilising our business strategy of taking ownership and pride in our work. I take great satisfaction in the knowledge that we have grown as a business over time, are a leading contractor and specialists in our chosen areas and provide an outstanding service. Personal Life – I am married with 4 children and when time allows (and I’m not supporting my children at football, hockey or netball) we love to get away and spend quality family time together having days out, riding bikes, or relaxing.
