About Alan Hirsh

Alan is a Certified Professional Co-Active Coach as well as an Accredited Certified Coach. He received his coaching certification from the Coaches Training Institute which is affiliated with the International Coaching Federation. In addition to his work as a coach, Alan continues to have a successful career as an independent commodity trader. As a coach, he has two areas of focus. First, he helps experienced traders develop action based solutions to overcome the challenges inherent to the trading industry. Common challenges include: lack of discipline, self-control, lack of confidence and ability to accept a loss. He works with each client to gain clarity around what is truly preventing them from achieving the results they desire. With a deeper understanding of their challenges, Alan works with his clients to create an individualized action plan, empowering his clients to overcome their biggest obstacles to success. As someone who has been immersed in the trading industry for 15 years, Alan uses his experience to relate to clients in a way only another trader could. In addition to coaching traders, Alan works as a leadership coach in the corporate setting. Through his work with BTS Coach, Alan helps individuals across the corporate landscape who are working to develop their leadership skills. Regardless of the industry, Alan is a coach who is dedicated to helping his gain clarity around their core values and what is it they truly want for themselves. He knows that with the right level of commitment and resilience, anyone can change. It is his mission to guide his clients as they seek to create their change.
