My role involves collaborating closely with leadership, cross-functional business teams & delivery team to drive strategic initiatives. By integrating organization's strategic goals to operational targets, I help design holistic programs to achieve exceptional business outcomes. At IBM, As managing consultant, I lead client's digital transformation journey, ensuring that strategies are not only visionary but also implemented with the dynamic needs of the industry. I have led projects for Implementation of SCM, CRM, Industry 4.0, Data Lake, Integrated Project management, GenAI - Watsonx spanning across Cement, Chemicals, Real estate & Utilities sector. While at McKinsey, I delivered the prestigious Industry 4.0 Lighthouse Program for a Pharmaceutical client leading to performance improvement in Cost, Quality & Productivity(OEE & Manpower efficiency) through digital and traditional levers. During my stint in the ABG Leadership Program, I led the CEO's office for Grasim Chlor-alkali business(USD 1Bn+). As Head of business planning at CEO’s office, I laid the foundation for exponential growth through Strategic M&A, New Product Development, Market entry strategy & Digital Operations optimization.
