With over 30 years of hands-on experience in aircraft maintenance, quality assurance, and operations across both military and commercial sectors, I bring a deep well of expertise to the aviation industry. I have managed scheduled and unscheduled maintenance for diverse P-3C Orion aircraft configurations throughout my career, consistently ensuring strict compliance with safety and Navy maintenance standards. As a seasoned Instructor Flight Engineer with over flight hours, I have conducted thorough pre- and post-flight inspections, monitored complex aircraft systems, and maintained rigorous airworthiness standards. I am a certified Navy Master Training Specialist, having developed advanced training programs utilizing Level D aircraft simulators to significantly improve combat readiness for multiple aircrews. My operational experience spans global environments, including tropical, arctic, and international regions such as Central and South America, the Middle East, and Africa. After transitioning from military service, I earned certifications from leading airlines, including Delta, Southwest, FedEx, and National Airlines, where I delivered Process and Procedures Training for Boeing heavy maintenance operations. I have facilitated practical qualifications, led aircraft mechanic mentorship programs, and acted as a subject matter expert for turboprop engine maintenance on international contracts.
