About Alan Krimm

I have a multitude of knowledge in different fields. I have worked on a farm, fully managed a residential moving company, completed bank mortgage inspections, managed flooring projects, and even worked in a kitchen. I am currently in the warehousing industry and have been since September of 2020. I 'DIY' just about everything I can find information on and can usually solve what seems to be the trickiest of conflicts/problems. Growing up with entrepreneur parents and mentors, I aim to be a business owner myself. I am always looking for the most efficient ways to complete my tasks. I enjoy to be challenged and learn new operations. I work great in team based and independent environments. Accountability and attendance are the two things I find most important in any position. I believe I have achieved a lot and gained a lot of knowledge, especially when compared to most of my peers. I do think that most people have the capability to achieve a lot, but the drive to do so is now so hard to find. Since I started working at the age of 12-13, I have never been without a job and never been fired/let go. Previous employers would say that I take great passion in my work and always strive to do better.
