About Alan Ledezma

I have experience teaching both Middle and High School students in a variety of different settings. Currently I am student teaching 9th grade Physical Education and find that my varied experiences with different student demographics and teaching in this new virtual learning environment make me an ideal candidate for a teaching position. As a 2019 graduate of California State University Northridge and current graduate student at California State University Los Angeles, I have student teaching experience that ranges from different grade levels as well as communities. I believe my teaching experience and passion for both student and community engagement makes me a strong asset to your school. I am highly energetic, enthusiastic and a dedicated Physical Education Teacher with a knowledgeable background and experience teaching in diverse communities. Adept in behavioral modification, motivational techniques and cooperative learning. I possess excellent communication skills and strong work ethic when putting educational lessons into practice and maintaining a healthy learning environment for students in both in-class and virtual settings, while still meeting the students individual needs.
