About Alan Lien

I was the Founder, Chief Executive Officer and Chairman of the Board for Solis Tek Inc, a premier Lighting provider for cannabis cultivation. I started up the business by door to door sales of a lighting product specifically designed for cannabis cultivation. Was able to self design, manufacture and wholesale unique lighting products according to customers' needs manufacturing from overseas. Within 5 years, as a company, we were able to build a team of 5 sales staff generating $20m+ in annual sales in various ancillary equipment for the cannabis industry out of a sf warehouse. Took the company public to the OTCQB and had a market capitalization as high as $500m in 2017. With every company I have been involved with I have led the team in business development in all areas of the businesses. I have led initiatives with capital raises, M&A, hiring all levels of needed staff including executive level positions, sourcing & procurement, set up / operate trade shows, product sales (wholesale / distribution), setting up manufacturing facility for production of products for the business and more. Personal Summary: 20 years in international sourcing & Manufacturing- Cannabis - Electronics - PCBA / Control Board Manufacturing - Plastics (Injection, tooling, tubing, etc.)- Die Cut Molding - Packaging Design/Manufacturing - Apparel - Lighting Products 13+ years in Cannabis- Founded Solis Tek Inc, once a leading provider in cultivation lighting solutions and later Nutrient Additive specifically targeting naturally occurring essential oil production in Plants (terpenes & cannabinoids)- Co-Creator of the Double Ended Metal Halide Lamps- Creator of Ignition Control (staggered Ignition on the original ballasts)- Creator of Sense Smart Technology (8 point safety check before the ballast fires the lamp)- Took the first cultivation hardware company public via reverse merger public on the OTCQB in 2015- Raised over $55m in capital for various cannabis businesses and acquisitions- Accumulated over $30m in both hardware and 'touch the plant' of total personal sales and over $100m in total company sales- Consulted on mega cultivations (30k+ sf)(MI, CO, AZ, CA) & set up GMP compliant extraction labs since 2016.
