People generally do not like sales. To be a good in sales jobs there are few attributes and selling is just a part of the whole picture. Solving tough problem and able to manage and mediate the situation is what makes you stands out from others. Sales in every organization is such an important faculty and critical to the organization today. I have over 22 years of experience in sales with 7 years in management roles. With these I bring with me the skills or ability to establish trust well with the customer, mediate disputes, business-minded and people relationship. My skills dealing with situation, people, business and working in different companies has bring me tonnes of knowledge and experience that is priceless. Before I got head hunted into medical device line as a product specialist, I was also head hunted and later got promoted as Sales Manager in a pharmaceutical company driving a team of diverse perspectives towards a specific objectives each year. I am a good team leader and quite passionate about finding ways to do all these while making sure my team is doing well along the way. I always believe in prioritising others before me. I developed strategies that help to convey the right message to target audience, optimizing campaign and increase revenue year to year basis. Other than that, my roles includes market analysis, looking for new opportunities for potential growth, and refreshing current market trends. I am adept in building relationships and passionate about my work. I believe mutual respect towards everyone inside and outside the business is important to keep the business going.
