About Alan Liu

I am currently pursuing a Bachelor of Business Administration in Finance with a double major in Economics and Mathematics at Emory University's Goizueta School of Business, expecting to graduate in May 2026. I am passionate about leveraging data-driven insights and strategic thinking to solve complex financial and economic problems. With a strong foundation in corporate finance, accounting, economics, and math, I have had the opportunity to work across several internships, including roles as a Quantitative Investment Intern at Julex Capital Management and a Data Analytics Intern at OnChain Labs. These experiences have equipped me with technical expertise in Python, R, and Java, as well as hands-on skills in financial modeling, data analysis, and project management. In addition to my technical background, I lead teams and manage large-scale initiatives, such as coordinating Oxford College’s fall formal with over 1,500 attendees. I also bring experience in consulting through my role as Project Lead at Project V Consulting Group, where I have worked on various client projects, helping businesses identify opportunities and implement effective solutions. Outside of academics and work, I am deeply interested in blockchain technology, decentralized finance (DeFi), and emerging financial innovations. I enjoy staying active through sports like basketball and tennis, and I am always seeking new ways to challenge myself—whether it's through traveling, cooking high-protein meals, or playing piano and guitar.
