I’ve built my career by taking a deliberate, non-traditional path at The Hartford, starting on the phones in customer service, then moving through sales, HR, operations, and digital strategy. That breadth gives me a unique perspective on how customers, people, and processes connect across the enterprise. I specialize in leading leaders, building continuous improvement cultures, and driving enterprise transformation.
