I’m an arts leader and passionate performer with over 15 years of experience managing operations, development, and programming across Canada’s leading cultural institutions. From launching new charitable organizations to running internationally recognized music programs, I bring a unique blend of strategic thinking, people management, and creative insight to every role I take on. Currently, I serve as Manager of Development & Operations at the Elora Festival & Singers, where I oversee donor engagement, festival logistics, and volunteer coordination. Previously, I led special projects at The Royal Conservatory of Music and helped grow That Arts Group from its inception into a fully registered charity. My background as a classical vocalist and my deep respect for the artistic process guide my work behind the scenes - ensuring that artists and audiences alike can thrive. I'm especially passionate about building sustainable arts ecosystems and championing Canadian talent on global stages.
