I am currently working as an HCM Functional Consultant Associate, specializing in the implementation of PeoplesHR HRIS, with a focus on the compensation and payroll modules. In this role, I assist clients in configuring and deploying HR solutions that support their organizational goals, ensuring seamless integration and operational efficiency. With over 3 years of experience in HRIS, I have developed strong expertise in system implementation, payroll processes, and client support across multiple platforms. Previously, I worked as an Activation Specialist at Mekari, Indonesia’s leading HR and payroll software company. I supported clients in optimizing their HRIS (Talenta), managing payroll calculations, and maintaining tax compliance. My role also involved delivering helpdesk support and troubleshooting, contributing to improved HR process automation and employee engagement. Before Mekari, I served as a Payroll Service Specialist at PT Gunatronikatama Cipta, where I was responsible for accurate payroll execution and client servicing. I also took part in several soft skill training programs to enhance my interpersonal and professional competencies. In addition to my corporate roles, I was actively involved in the Business Incubator Organization at Universitas Pancasila, where I gained hands-on experience in developing and pitching business plans. I hold a bachelor’s degree in Accounting and am currently pursuing a master’s degree in Human Resources Management.
