Authorised Officer with Transdev Dublin Light Rail, LUAS. Highly motivated, energetic, experienced, customer service focused Authorised Officer responsible for combating fare evasion and the day to day on shift smooth running of security deployments on Dublin’s Light Rail network named LUAS. Conducting Luas ticket inspections, participating on revenue focused operations, issuing Standard Fare Notices and attending court when requested. Ensuring teams are compliant with company, policies, procedures, health and safety regulations and operating as set out in the specific deployment instructions. Being familiar with the daily attendance and aware of staffing issues or planned operations, ensuring duty equipment is present, checked and in functional order for commencing teams, addressing any performance deficits or shortfalls observed during duty. As a private service, this role requires me to display a highly committed and organised work ethic with a keen attention to detail.
