For the last 20 years, I have been applying top-notch analysis and project management skills to a variety of IT Organizations in Portland. My primary role is to remove obstacles and keep a team moving, whether that means creating and managing a project timeline using MS Project, building risk management plans in SharePoint, tracking a budget in Excel, or keeping the team fed so they can focus on their deliverables. In my thirty years of technology experience, I have been involved in every aspect from product research to providing customer support. At the core of all my experience is helping a group of individuals develop consensus on what needs to be done and then building an action plan to move those activities forward.
