Background

About Alan McKinlay

With a history of high performance, my philosophy is simple. You can achieve much more with an energized, focused and dedicated team than you can by yourself. You add to this by analyzing and utilizing data and trends to deliver efficient automated solutions. By putting these things together, we can develop ourselves and those around us and ensure the focus is on 'how to think' instead of 'what to think'.I believe in streamlining processes where possible to gain an increase in productivity and results. There is nothing more demotivating for individuals than completing tasks that add no value to a business. I love change, challenging the norm and trying new ideas - they don't always work but accepting this is good for the mind and soul as well as fostering continuous improvement. My experiences are varied in the credit industry with leadership of large teams to deliver company objectives, as well as small specialized teams in delivering significant improvements in strategy and process. In addition to this, I maintain numerous key client relationships which have been fostered into long term partnerships. These have been supported with my strong communication and presentation skills and well as a high level of financial and commercial acumen, which in turn leads to mutually beneficial outcomes.
