Background

About Alan Meachum

I work in IT because I don’t like seeing people stuck when their technology should just work.My background is in systems, networks, and day-to-day IT operations for businesses that rely on their technology to stay open, bill clients, and protect sensitive data. I focus on fixing the root cause of problems, not just applying quick patches that come back later. In my full-time role, I support and maintain business IT environments, keeping systems secure, reliable, and documented. On the side, I run Novexa IT, where I help small and growing businesses get the same level of care, structure, and uptime that larger organizations expect.I care deeply about clear communication, predictable systems, and doing things the right way the first time. Whether I’m working with an internal team or a business owner, my goal is always the same: reduce downtime, reduce risk, and make technology one less thing to worry about. If you’re a business that depends on computers, networks, and data to operate, or a team looking for someone who takes ownership of systems, I’m always open to a conversation.
