Motivated and results-driven professional with a strong background in industrial production management and project leadership, currently serving as Project & Application Leader at Hutchinson. I hold a degree in Industrial Production Management from FATEC, completed in June 2025, and I am set to begin a Mechanical Engineering degree in 2026 to further enhance my technical and analytical capabilities. With over a decade of experience in the automotive and aerospace sectors, I have developed solid expertise in project management, product development, and production supervision. I am trained in Core Tools for Project Management (APQP, FMEA, MSA, SPC, PPAP, and Control Plan), and have completed training programs aligned with RENAULT and STELLANTIS APQP standards. I am proficient in CATIA V5 (advanced surfacing), SolidWorks, AutoCAD, and Microsoft Office Suite, with a strong focus on continuous improvement, cross-functional team leadership, and customer-oriented project execution. My approach is grounded in Lean Manufacturing, problem-solving methodologies (8D, PDCA, DMAIC), and quality assurance practices. Currently, I am also enhancing my language skills, studying German and Spanish with a private tutor, and have achieved A1 level proficiency in both languages. I am fluent in English and French, which supports my ability to work effectively in multicultural and international environments.
