In today’s fast paced, ever changing business environment, leaders need to continually hone their skills and seek opportunities to better themselves and grow. Without this, they will become less relevant and will not be in a position of strength to lead, motivate, and develop those who they lead. I am a visionary leader with over 29 years of progressive leadership experience. My current job title is Site Director, which doesn’t come close to explaining who I am or what I do. I am a results oriented leader, a coach, a recruiter, a strategic planner, a talent evaluator, a brand ambassador, a marketer, a catalyst for change, a project manager, and someone who balances the needs of the organization with those of our customers, clients, and employees. I have worn many hats during my career with both large and small corporations. Operations, recruiting, account management, customer service, workforce management, budgeting, client services, and employee engagement, have all made me a well rounded leader that is prepared for any challenge presented to me. My success stems from my ability to build partnerships, innovate, align everyone around the same identifiable goals, and foster a high performing, highly engaged, work environment. In terms of leadership, I possess excellent communications skills, follow-through, and passion. I believe in fostering a team-oriented environment where employees are empowered, personal accountability is essential, and creativity and participation are encouraged. I am a firm believer in employee engagement, which leads to increased customer satisfaction and ultimately, stronger bottom line results.
