If you are looking for a person with a "Can Do" attitude then look no further. I have a "Hands on" approach in supporting users in a Windows environment and have been able to accomplish all tasks requested of me over the 20 years I have worked in the land of IT. I am considered to be a "Jack of all trades" that will deal with any issue in a professional manner no matter the size or complexity. I have considerable experience with hardware/software deployments, workstation & server builds, and AD (group policy, DNS, DHCP, etc). Help, Support & Trouble Shooting issues are a specialty to me. I am methodical and can be quite stubborn when trouble shooting peoples IT related problems. I don't believe in the "My way is the only way" approach. I work well under pressure constantly reaching required outcomes. I believe in the "do it once & do it right" approach even if it takes a little longer to achieve the required result. Own up to your mistakes, we've all made them.
