Who I am: Generalist Legal, Regulatory and Compliance Counsel with- excellent education track record in law and management from the best national (Comenius University and Charles University Schools of law) and international schools (IUKB/UNYP and LSE)- with substantial (15+ PQE) in-house legal experience - supporting government (Ministry of Defence, Ministry of Justice and Organisation for Security and Cooperation in Europe), financial industries (Raiffeisen), investment group (KENVELO) and lately global professional services companies (Accenture, Deloitte)- in Senior Legal Business Partner roles - combined with the Human Resources Director, or Compliance and Regulatory Counsel roles - providing high-premium, innovative and proactive legal solutions in three languages – Czech, Slovak and English - focused on corporate governance and affairs, ethics and compliance, regulatory and offerings, mergers and acquisitions, financial restructuring and business development, procurement contract drafting, reviewing and negotiations, data privacy and intellectual property, labour law and employee relations - developing and leading diverse international teams (of 15+ internal and external lawyers) and managing multicultural differences - across Central and Eastern Europe region.
