About Alan Ng

Experienced Entrepreneur & Startup investor with a demonstrated history of Business Experience in APAC Region. Born & Bred in Singapore and graduated from Monash Australia, I took the helm of StarMedia Group and increase its business to 40 million dollars and expanded to 14 cities across 12 countries. StarMedia International Group called names like Chanel, Estée Lauder Group, Hermes, Michelin, Philip Morris, Japan Tobacco, Dyson, Apple, Nokia, P&G, Ferragamo, Armani, Alipay, Vivo, Huawei and many more as it’s clients. Having spend the past 25 years Building up businesses in South East Asia and Greater China Region, I have taken an interest to help local businesses, entrepreneurs and start up founders in their zest to expand regionally by sharing his experience and resources. Aside StarMedia, I also founded CareStar to promote and develop AI and Robotics technologies in South East Asia. CareStar is also appointed by Keenon Robotics, a Global leader in Collaborative Robot invested by SoftBank and Alibaba to be their strategic partner in this part of the world. To-date, CareStar Robotics has implemented Robotics Solutions for Hospitals, Disabled and Old Folks Homes, Day Care Centres, F&B Companies, Shopping Centres and Retail Outlets and Hotels. Besides StarMedia and CareStar, I have also invested in Fashion, F&B, E-commerce & Fintech Startup!
