I am a dedicated and passionate leader with clearly defined goals. I have been fortunate to work in a number of different types of properties serving their respective markets. This has given me enormous experience and the ability to draw on a number of tools to solve sometimes quite complex problems. I thrive in change environments and would not consider myself to be a maintainer. I have turned around a number of departments and units in addition to new openings and expansions. I am the Managing Director and a Shareholder and as such have enormous experience at a higher strategic level as well as the day to day operational level. While in the UK I opened two new hotels as GM and worked on an additional two in a concept development capacity. I have been involved in a number of projects, renovation and expansions. Currently I am working on a residential development which is being developed as part of the existing complex. I have recently completed my MBA through Henley Business School in the United Kingdom. Henley Business Schools MBA is ranked in the top 10 in the world by the Financial Times for Student Quality and is triple accredited, being accredited in the UK, America and South Africa. I completed my final dissertation on Dynamic Pricing more commonly known as Yield Management. Specialties: New Projects. I have had enormous experience in the development of new hotel concepts, giving direction to architects, marrying the needs of aesthetic design and operational practicality to financial viability and return.
