Worked as a Player Development Coach with Cavan GAA and helped the team to reach a first championship final in 18 years. Worked as a Player Engagement Officer for the Gaelic Players Association where I mentored, coached and developed empowering relationships with some of Ireland's best athletes. Left the SpunOut.ie team as Communications & Fundraising Officer in June 2015 after delivering record high levels of user engagement. The organisation is a not-for-profit website created by young people for young people. Spent two years as the master of all things social media for the GAA at national level. Worked on the expansion of the GAA online community throughout Ireland and globally. Proud Health and Wellbeing Ambassador for the HSE's 'Little Things' campaign, Cycle Against Suicide and the Gaelic Players Association. Honours Degree in Journalism from DIT and served as the Sports Editor of the Cavan Post newspaper at 17 years of age. Added an MSc in Sports Psychology, Diploma in Sports Psychology, Diploma in PR and a graduate of the NUIM accredited Madden Leadership Programme. Also known for my goalkeeping abilities and have represented Cavan GAA at all levels and was part of the successful Ulster u21 winning team in 2011. Reached the All-Ireland Final and played in Croke Park in the same year.
