I’m a Learning & Development leader with 15+ years of experience designing and delivering transformative programs across field service, manufacturing, and corporate environments. My expertise spans LMS administration, instructional design, leadership coaching, compliance alignment, and technical training innovation. I’ve managed training ecosystems for employees—scaling onboarding, regulatory compliance, and manager development programs aligned with business goals. At Hyosung, I developed the strategic plan and business case for an augmented reality knowledge platform aimed at reducing service revisit costs, enabling real-time support from technical staff, and delivering just-in-time interactive guidance. The platform was also designed to enhance sales demos, improve client training, and position L&D as a revenue-generating profit center. While the initiative is currently on hold due to leadership turnover, the plan remains implementation-ready. I also designed and facilitated a 6-month Management Development Workshop Series, which improved engagement, interdepartmental collaboration, and succession planning. My tools of choice include Cornerstone LMS, Synthesia, and Adobe Creative Suite to create scalable, high-impact content. I partner with senior leaders and HR to align training with evolving needs and strategic priorities. Currently, I’m pursuing certifications in Generative AI in HR, Competency Development, and Learning & Development leadership—including the Certified Chief Learning Officer designation.
