A track record of successfully delivering strategic, business and cultural change over more than 30 years of commercial experience gained within leading financial services organisations. An excellent reputation built over >8 years as a contractor within Lloyds Banking Group and TSB, demonstrating reliability and successful programme and project delivery, leading to multiple contract extensions and invitations to move onto new programmes and projects. Building upon an extended career over 24 years within Royal Bank of Scotland, NatWest and Coutts, where I held senior management positions across Private Banking and Wealth, Operations Management, Risk Management and Regulatory Risk functions. Using that experience and capability, I adapt to new cultures, environments, systems and processes, and swiftly build and maintain strong colleague and supplier relationships evidenced through my ability to apply Waterfall and Agile methodologies within organisations and across suppliers.
