Currently working as transformation coach for the launch of technical teams within DMS (Discover Management System), an enterprise-wide management system based upon lean principles and a culture of continuous improvement. Included in the transformation of teams is the adoption of agile scrum practices and ceremonies. SAFe Agilist certified. Previously worked as agile scrum master for the development of Recovery/Collections software solutions. Also, PMP certified project manager who successfully led projects to meet a broad array of business objectives, including the release of new products and customer-facing technology, and the implementation of new or upgraded enterprise applications.integration of vendor-supplied services/functionality. Provided leadership through all project phases, working closely with business partners, technical and infrastructure teams, and third party associates on a national level. Management skills are enhanced by a rich background in leadership, business analysis, structured testing, project and documentation methodologies, and application development.
