About Alan Peril

AJP Financial Services provides permanent part-time or project-based CFO / COO services, specializing in real estate and high net worth individuals and families (family offices). Prior to founding AJP Financial services, Alan served as a senior financial executive for public and private real estate companies, assisting in acquiring, financing, entitling, developing, managing, and disposing of over $1 billion in single-family, multifamily, commercial, land, and operating assets. He has also worked with family offices and UHNW individuals, assisting them with financial, public, and private investment, tax, estate, risk management, governance, and structural issues. Alan started his career at the boutique real estate firm of Kenneth Leventhal & Co. where he assisted clients in audit, tax, and consulting services including valuation, financial modeling, and litigation support; ultimately serving as manager in the Ernst & Young, LLP / Kenneth Leventhal real estate group. Alan holds a Bachelor of Science degree in accounting from the University of Southern California, serves on the Board of the Arizona chapter of Financial Executives International, the Advisory Board of the Phoenix Diocese of St. Vincent de Paul, and is a former CPA and real estate agent. He is also a private real estate investor.
