EMTN "European Medium Term Note Programme" on behalf of Autostrade per l'Italia SpA; • Knoledge of financial markets, fixed income, pricing, origination and listing in the debt capital market on bond issues or private placements; • Negotiation of financial contracts such as ISDA master agreement for derivatives transactions, long term guarantees; and loans agreement; • Debt service on behalf of Autostrade per l'Italia SpA and support to other subsidiaries in Italy; • Support the Investor Relations for the financial information required by the Rating Agencies concerning financial long term debt, and the available cash contracted by each subsidiaries belonging to the Autostrade per l'Italia's group; • Financial Reporting concerning (i) the analysis of financial charges,(ii) the cash and cash equivalent liquidity uses and the evolution of net financial debt to support the analysis of financial planning for the group subsidiries of Autostrade per l'Italia; • Credit management activities on behalf of Autostrade per l'Italia SpA on the recovery of non-toll receivables, providing reports on the status of recoveries, proposing out-of-court actions, updates on credit positions and defining the needs of the fund risks and charges; • Bloomberg activities.
