I was responsible for a staff of 100+ employees. I coordinated with local base leaders, high headquarters and, multiple other organizations in the maintenance, operations, improvement, and security of NIPR and SIPR networks for 3.7K users. • Outside plant, Network Control, Ground Radio, Satellite Communications, Network Infrastructure Section Chief from 2018 to 2020. I directed 54 in the maintenance, operations, improvement, and security of NIPR, SIPR, radio, and satellite networks for 3.7K users. • USAF Recruiting Flight Chief for Orange County, CA from 2016 to 2018. Managed 10 recruiters and their recruiting activities to enlist 250 new Airmen annually. • USAF Officer and Enlisted Recruiter for Ventura County, CA from 2014 to 2016. Provided marketing, lead generation, lead refinement, applicants sales, applicant processing, and DEP management for 16 High School, 10 Colleges, and 3 Major Cities. • USAF Intelligence Hub IT Project Manager from 2012 to 2014 at Langley AFB. Managed new network installations for NIPR, SIPR, JWICS, NSA, and multiple coalition networks for the USAF Intelligence, Surveillance, and reconnaissance command. • USAF Intelligence Surveillance, and Reconnaissance Satellite Systems Operator from 2009 to 2012 at Langley AFB. Provided operations and maintenance to satellite systems receiving ISR data from U-2, Predator, and Global Hawk ISR platforms. • Deployed network systems subject matter expert from 2005 to 2009. Deployed to multiple locations setting up bare base network from end user to trunked satellite connection through DISA STEP sites for users. • Satellite Wideband and Telemetry Systems Journeyman at Kadena AB from 2002 to 2005. Maintained and operated MARK IVB weather satellite receiving station, USC-60 mobile satellite system, MILSTAR, and ground radio equipment.
