A highly experienced, passionate, and versatile business professional with a diversified skill set due to a career spanning some thirty years and having worked at senior management level in both operational and/or financial roles with ASX listed companies, medium to large enterprises, as well as my own business. This capability and knowledge base is also multi-faceted given I have worked in industries such as construction, services, manufacturing, property development, importing and exporting, and wholesaling with reseller networks. The combination of this background with my general business acumen makes me a valuable asset and trusted advisor to management and staff alike as I am also someone who walks the talk and leads from the front by example given the “been there, done that” respect and expertise from many years of simply getting the job done for the team, company and its respective stakeholders. A strong communicator that develops confidence and clarity in a company’s position, plans and progression with both an understandable and relatable narrative whereby the appropriate team culture and value-added outcome can be equally achieved. In addition, being a qualified and registered accountant with a proven track record in the growth and expansion of various enterprises means I can deliver a hands-on, down-to-earth working style and approach, with particular emphasis on trading performance, process improvement, change management, growth strategies, financial re-engineering, and relationship building.
