Bachelors in Engineering Mechanical first class with honours BOMBAY University 1987 LLB Second Class Goa university 1995. TOTAL WORK EXPERIENCE (35 years) Industry : Six years TATA MOTORS ASSOCIATE COMPANY (ACGL) Teaching Twenty six Years 1) Work experience in industry 1987 to 1992 PLUS MTECH project 1 year 97-98(six years) Selected as graduate trainee engineer By ACGL (TATA motors co) in 1987 from campus interview, at Goa engineering college worked on shop floor of press shop and then set up busybody trim line for producing 4 busses per day, was also given charge of paint shop and at the time of leaving was in charge of full shop floor of Bus body division.Did practical line balancing and increased production to 4 buses a day. Worked extensively for over a year and six months with the Japanese in India on shop floor and ISESAKI Japan as the collaboration of bus body plant was with Fuji heavy Industries Japan. 3) Work experience in teaching students 1992 Joined Government Polytechnic in 1992 as lecturer taught all mechanical engineering subjects including theory of machines, Auto cad, IOM, IC engines, Hydraulics etc. 4) Work experience as a trainer cum administrator and Head of GOA extension centre Teaching Technical Teachers from till date Selected by in June as Assistant professor State Coordinator Goa extension centre from all the technical institutes of Goa. Setup the centre from scratch and today we Conducted over 520 programmes in all areas of Engg, Renewable energy, Automobile engg and Electric vehicles, besides technical education. Developed 7) Membership: • Nominated as member of GOA CHAMBER OF COMMERCE AND INDUSTRY(GCCI) in their Education committee for 14 years (2003-2017) • Member ISTE ( Indian society for technical education) • Member institution of engineers • Associate Member of SEEM ( Society for Energy Efficient Managers) Over 10 papers in intenational conferences in SEES singapore, SCEIT Florida and journals besides Invited papers by cpsc manila in renewable energy.
