In addition to well-developed technical competencies in finance, accounting, internal controls, and governance, I am known as a a highly effective manager with a track record of ensuring the effective motivation, utilization, and engagement of personnel across sites and functions, which is backed by outstanding attrition rates. In Collective gained a lot of experience in automation and AI. And brought standardization and process to totally change an ineffective Philippines's operation.
