About Alan Rychert

Hi! I’m Alan, a Software Engineer with experience in Business Analysis and Software Development. I relocated from Bahía Blanca, Argentina, to Amsterdam, Netherlands, in April 2024 to improve my English proficiency and immerse myself in a new culture while developing my career. I’m passionate about solving complex problems, especially algorithmic challenges, and thrive in collaborative environments where I can work with clients to deliver impactful solutions. In previous roles as an IT Business Analyst, I designed solutions for applications in the agricultural and HR sectors, collaborating closely with clients and leading SCRUM-based meetings. I also have experience in Full-Stack Development and as a university Teaching Assistant. Outside of work, I stay active by playing volleyball, spending time at the beach, and enjoying video games. I’m always up for a challenge, whether in the workplace or my personal life.
