About Alan Saucedo

I am proud to admit I have developed a set of skills that could be useful in many different situations, these are just some of them worth mentioning:Customer Service is a skill I've acquired after many years of experience in the field, initially from hotels and then from call centers and even courses like the one from Arizona University State: Excellence in Customer Service I took while working with Honeywell. Technical Support is another field I feel very confident in, with 3 years of solving technical computer/internet issues and later on supporting smart thermostats, technology in general is something that always grabs my attention easily.Continuous Improvement, the understanding that there is always room for improvement, after every goal reached there should be another ready to take it's place, this is one of the skills I honed after completing my course in Six Sigma & DMAIC becoming a Green Belt.Software: I have experience with most tools in Office also Siebel, SAP, CRM and many others. learning a new system or software is not something I consider challenging.
