I am an Operations Manager at AA Euro Recruitment Group, a specialist recruitment agency that operates globally and locally with offices in nine countries. I have over 20 years of experience in the trades and labour recruitment industry, and a Diploma in Project Management (Dip PM) that enhances my ability to provide efficient and effective labour hire solutions across many sectors and regions. My core competencies include new business development, project planning, and mobility solutions, which enable me to connect talented and skilled workers with the best opportunities and projects in the market. Before joining AA Euro in March 2023, I supported and expanded the global operations and supply chain capabilities of Fohntech Group, an Irish based construction company that works with leading mechanical and electrical companies in the semiconductor, pharmaceutical, biopharma, data centres, and oil and gas sectors. My mission is to foster long-term partnerships with clients and candidates, and to deliver on-time and on-budget projects that meet the highest standards of quality and safety.
